3 x 12 assisted pullup
3 x 12 overhead press (60 lbs)
4 minutes cardio boxing while standing on balance ball (seriously)
3 x 12 preacher curls (30 lbs)
3 x 12 tricep pulldown (70 lbs)
3 x 12 machine rear deltoid fly (70 lbs…I think)
3 x 12 cable fly (30 lbs)
