Our website was redone about 6 months ago.  Now the people that did it don’t have anybody to support it.
 
The main portion of the website is about our services, and what we wanted there was to be able to make text and picture changes ourselves.  To do that, they set up a content management system and there’s a template.  So all the pages look the same around the outside, and we can change the message.  (This works pretty well although we might in the future like to have more than one template page.  Currently, there are two little ads on the left side of the page, if we had more than one template we could vary that up a bit.)  The CMS program is WordPress.
 
The biggest problem that we are having is with the store portion of our site.  The shopping cart is osCommerce and while the store administration interface is pretty simple to use, we’ve just had a lot of problems with it actually working consistently.  Today, for instance, it is not working.  Also, we’ve had some problems with shipping charges not being calculated correctly, even though it is supposed to be pulling those directly from UPS and FedEx. 
 
It wouldn’t be a big gig, just a few hours a month making minor changes and troubleshooting when we have a problem.
