If we can’t expect a user to understand the difference between the Facebook page and a blog post, how can we assume that these same users are properly securing their Facebook account.

I especially appreciate this when a blogger is pretty topical – sure they might be interesting and relevant, but if I know a little about who they are and what they like, I feel a stronger connection and trust to the information they present.

If we can’t expect a user to understand the difference between the Facebook page and a blog post, how can we assume that these same users are properly securing their Facebook/twitter/email accounts to prevent these same accounts from being compromised.
